Buckness Personified perform Conform at Breakin' Convention 2015 at Sadler's Wells in London. Taking the explosive style of krump and combining it with an expressive and emotive neo-classical soundtrack, Buckness Personified create a piece which takes both the performers and the audience on a fast-paced and exciting journey exploring mass conformity and individuality. UK krump pioneers Buckness Personified began in 2012 and have been began making waves since emerging on the dance scene, establishing themselves as innovators through their original and diverse take on krump theatre and krumpography (krump choreography). There are seven core members in this company including leader Duwane Taylor. For this piece Taylor decided to recruit and train krumpers and non-krumpers in technique, krumpography and theatre to give them the opportunity to perform and develop themselves as artists.
