Feeling ready to come and experience the vibes and energy live?

Come on down to Duwane's CIRCUIT SOCIETY classes! 
The circuit class is split into 6 separate training station
s. 50% cardio. 50% strength. You will spend up to 6 minutes at each station. Focusing on a different body part, or muscle group, each day.  

 

Our interactive, performance-tracking boxing class. Whether you want to compete with others on the live class leaderboard, or you just want to track your own performance over time, this class will take your boxing training to a new level.
